Application reviewed
We read every application. Portfolio, socials, category — the basics are checked within two weeks.
Assessment
Shortlisted applicants are invited for an in-person or virtual session with our talent team.
Roster onboarding
If it's a fit, we sign representation terms, build your profile, and add you to the roster.
First bookings
We start pitching you to brands and productions. Your first booking is usually within 60–90 days.

Do I need professional experience to apply?
No. We represent a mix of established professionals and emerging talent. What matters more than experience is potential, attitude and consistency. If you're serious about building a career, we want to hear from you.
Is there a fee to join the roster?
No. Richthrill does not charge talent to join the roster or to be represented. We earn from the bookings we secure for you. If anyone ever asks you to pay to be on our roster, it isn't us.
How long does the review take?
Most applications get a first response within two weeks. If you're shortlisted, we invite you for an in-person or virtual assessment within a month. If we're not moving forward, we tell you — no silence.
Do I need professional photos?
Not to apply — a clean smartphone photo works. If you're accepted onto the roster, we help you build a professional portfolio as part of the development process.
Can I apply from outside Abuja?
Yes. We represent talent across Nigeria and occasionally internationally. For in-person assessments we try to work with your location — often virtual for the first round.
What kinds of talent do you represent?
Models, musicians, hosts/MCs, dancers, actors, influencers and creators. If your work fits within fashion, entertainment, or lifestyle, it's likely a fit for the roster.
Do I keep control of my career?
Yes. We work on non-exclusive or lightly exclusive terms. You approve every booking, every campaign and every collaboration before it happens. We facilitate, we don't dictate.
