01 / WHY WE DO THIS

Impact isn't a marketing word. It's an operating principle.

Richthrill operates across entertainment, events, fashion and digital. Every one of those businesses sits inside a community — with people, young creatives, families, and local infrastructure that make the work possible.

The Foundation exists because we believe a company that profits from a community has a responsibility to invest back into it. Not as a PR exercise. Not once a year. As part of how we operate, from how we structure projects to how we quote them.

  • Structured giving. A portion of every commercial project funds Foundation work — it's built into the pricing.
  • Tangible outcomes. Real projects, not pledges. Every initiative has a scope, a budget and a report.
  • Long-term. We stay involved after the event, the drive, or the launch. Impact compounds over years, not weeks.

02 / FOCUS AREAS

Where our work focuses.

Four areas where we believe the Foundation can have the most durable impact.

Education & skills

Workshops, mentoring and training for young creatives — writing, photography, performance, and business fundamentals.

Community welfare

Food drives, clothing donations, and support for families in the communities we operate in.

Creative development

Platforms and mentorship for emerging artists, models, and creators who can't otherwise afford access to the industry.

Safe, well-run spaces for children's activities — talent competitions, holiday programs, and creative afternoons.

04 / TRANSPARENCY

You should know exactly where your money goes.

Most charities ask you to trust them. We'd rather show you the accounting. Every donation is tracked to the project it funds, and every project ends with a written report covering what we spent and what we delivered.

No salaries are paid to Richthrill staff from Foundation funds — the team that runs these projects does so through the parent company's commitment to giving.

06 / VOLUNTEER

Give your time.

The Foundation runs on volunteers. From event days to coordination, from skills-based work to hands-on help — there's a role for everyone.

We'll reach out with available roles and a short call. No commitment until you're matched with something that fits.

07 / HOW THE FOUNDATION WORKS

From a good idea to a delivered project.

Every initiative follows the same process, so we can promise accountability and report real outcomes.

01

Identify

We surface needs through community conversations and partner input — not assumptions about what people want.

02

Scope

Every project gets a defined scope, a budget, and specific outcomes we can measure.

03

Fund

Funding comes from a fixed share of commercial work plus donations to specific projects.

04

Deliver

The team runs the project — supplies, logistics, volunteers, safety, coordination.

05

Report

Written report after every project — what we spent, what we delivered, what changed.

08 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you give or volunteer.

Where does my donation actually go?

Donations go directly to the project you select — or into the general fund if you leave it unassigned. The general fund is split across all active projects based on need, and toward the operational costs of running them (supplies, transport, coordination).

Do you publish impact reports?

Yes. Every completed project gets a report covering what we spent, what we delivered, and who it reached. Reports are shared with donors by email and summarised on this page.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Depends on your jurisdiction. Reach out and we'll tell you what documentation we can provide for where you are.

Can I donate to a specific project?

Yes — select the project from the dropdown on the donation form. If you leave it blank, your donation goes to the general fund, which is the most flexible.

How do I get involved as a volunteer?

Fill in the volunteer form. We'll reach out with available roles and a short call to figure out where your skills fit best. Volunteers are usually needed on event days, during donation drives, and for coordination work.

Do you partner with corporates on impact work?

Frequently. If your brand runs a CSR program or wants to sponsor a specific initiative, get in touch. We can structure sponsorships around a project, an event, or a longer-term partnership.

EVERY CONTRIBUTION COUNTS

Help us build something that lasts.

Whether it's a small donation, a few hours of your time, or a corporate partnership — every contribution compounds into real outcomes.
